2 weeks WITHOUT my 2nd breakfast...yay!

Yup, it's been 2 weeks and I'm not feeling hungry due to it.

Breakfast #1:
Normally I have breakfast at home with my son around 7:20am.
We usually have eggs. I'll use one egg along with egg whites and make an omelet. My half of the omelet has baby spinach and slices of cherry tomatoes, while his is plain since he likes to add ketchup.
This is usually topped off with some fruit.

(using dessert plates helps with portion control.)

Breakfast #2:
I get to work at 9am and have a bowl of oatmeal with soy milk.

Snack #1:
Is around 11:30. It's usually a banana, or banana chips, or a high fiber bar.

Lunch:
Lunch is at 1pm. It's usually pretty small, larger than a snack, but still fairly small.

Snack #2:
This happens around  3:30 or 4pm. Again, similar as snack #1.

Dinner:
This is pretty much as soon as I get home, so 7pm. For the most part dinner isn't huge either. It typically consists of a fish/chicken and sometimes meat, along with a veggie.

So now, instead of eating 6 times a day, I only eat 5 times a day. And as long as I get some type of workout in, I can continue to maintain my weight. Losing it is a whole other story.

Reducing carbs even more

My family eats fewer carbs than most. We don't eat pasta as much anymore. Pasta along with garlic bread is quite an overkill. If we do eat carbs we prefer whole wheat or brown rice.

Today's lunch was quite low on carbs.
     Organic romaine lettuce
     Caribbean marinaded chicken breasts
     (marinade has carbs I'm sure)
     Organic cherry tomatoes
And that's it. Yup, no dressing whatsoever. The chicken contained flavor due to the marinade.

I'll have a banana and nuts to snack on for the rest of the day.
And of course, lots of water.
