A former trainer of mine told me to toss ...I agree! A former trainer of mine told me to toss the scale (I didn't). I didn't step on it for 4 months but the clothes were falling off, I needed to buy new clothes, etc. When I decide to step on for curiosity, that's when it all went downhill.
