Welcome to my 365 Workout Log. I will log all my workouts for 365 days. This was an idea from damanlovett. And when I saw Di from The Treadmill Diaries start it too, I thought I'd give it a whirl. If you follow me on twitter, I'll still be posting my workouts, but using the #365workout. A simple concept merged with motivation from others doing the same thing.

11/11/10 - 3.5 miles on recumbent bike. Last intro phase Turbulence Training workout.
11/12/10 - Planks, bird dogs, and prisoner squats.
11/13/10 - Biked 4.51 miles outside.
11/14/10 - Biked 3.88 miles on recumbent for 24 minutes. Walked uphill and downhill on beach.
11/15/10 - Bicep curls and other arm workouts using 10lb and 20lb dumbbells.
11/16/10 - wk1 day1 of Turbulence Training beginners workout
11/17/10 - 3.89 miles on recumbent bike.
11/18/10 - wk1 day2 of Turbulence Training beginners workout
11/19/10 - Biked 3.8 miles on recumbent in 26 minutes.
11/20/10 - walked in snow
11/21/10 - walked in snow, raked and shoveled snow
11/22/10 - walked in snow
11/23/10 - wk2 day1 of Turbulence Training beginners workout
11/24/10 - arm workout with weights, and bird-dogs
11/25/10 - Biked 4.49 miles on recumbent in 27 minutes
11/26/10 - Biked on recumbent. (sick, lost track of time. but still stayed active)
11/27/10 - mopped floors (hey, I'm sick and it wore me out)
11/28/10 - wk2 day2 of Turbulence Training beginners workout
11/29/10 - yoga since I felt stiff when I got up in the morning
11/30/10 - 10min walk on treadmill to see how the foot felt. Then did arm workout with weights.
12/01/10 - wk3 day1 of Turbulence Training beginners workout. 10min walk on treadmill.
12/02/10 - Biked 3.87 miles on recumbent in 26 minutes
12/03/10 - wk3 day2 of Turbulence Training beginners workout
12/04/10 - 20 minutes of yoga
12/05/10 - wk4 day1 of Turbulence Training beginners workout. 10min walk on treadmill.
12/06/10 - Biked 4.5 miles on recumbent in 20 minutes. Elliptical for 20min.
12/07/10 - wk4 day2 of Turbulence Training beginners workout.
12/08/10 - 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 25 prisoner squats and bicep curls.
12/09/10 - 20 minutes on elliptical.
12/10/10 - 25 prisoner squats, 50 crunches, 30sec planks and side planks, bird dogs and 13 push ups!
12/11/10 - I RAN! In my Vibrams, on the treadmill. 2min walk, 5min run, 2min walk, 3min run, 5min walk. Happy 1 month 365workout to me!
12/12/10 - Felt stiff today. Kicks, windmills, yoga and lots of stretching. Bike ride with the fam.
12/13/10 - Biked 3.96 miles on recumbent in 20 minutes.
12/14/10 - wk1 day1 of Turbulence Training intermediate workout. (kicked my butt!)
12/15/10 - Treadmill time. 2min walk, 5min run, 2min walk, 6min run, 5min walk. 20 push ups.
12/16/10 - 20 push ups. tae kwon do warm ups. Lots of stretching.
12/17/10 - 20 push ups. Bike 4.39 miles on recumbent in 20 minutes.
12/18/10 - 20 push ups. 2min walk, 7min run, 2min walk, 9min run, 5min walk on treadmill.
12/19/10 - wk1 day2 of Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
12/20/10 - 20 push ups, planks, crunches and bicep curls.
12/21/10 - Treadmill time. 2min walk, 8min run, 2min walk, 8min run, 5min walk. 1.46 miles.
12/22/10 - Treadmill time. 2min walk, 15min run, 5min walk. 1 mile. (yay!) 20min walk.
12/23/10 - Biked 4.91 miles in 20 minutes on recumbent.
12/24/10 - wk1 day3 of Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
12/25/10 - Biked 5.1 miles in 20 minutes on recumbent.
12/26/10 - Biked 4.4 miles in 20 minutes on recumbent. Ha-choo!
12/27/10 - Felt stiff after sitting in my chair all day. Did stretches.
12/28/10 - wk2 day1 of Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
12/29/10 - 7min incline treadmill walk, 40 prisoner squats, 2 sets of 10 lat pull downs at 70lbs.
12/30/10 - wk2 day2 of Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
12/31/10 - Treadmill time. 2min walk, 15min mile run, 6min walk.
01/01/11 - wk2 day3 of Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
01/02/11 - Treadmill time. 2min walk, 17min mile run, 5min walk.
01/03/11 - Treadmill time. 2min walk, 17min mile run, 5min walk. (barefoot)
01/04/11 - wk3 day1 of Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
01/05/11 - Treadmill time. Ran a faster for 17.5min, but accidently pushed wrong button. I guess I'll default to my normal 1.2miles for today. *sigh*
01/06/11 - wk3 day2 Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
01/07/11 - 50 prisoner squats, planks and stretches.
01/08/11 - wk3 day3 Turbulence Training intermediate workout. Jog/run around Lake Merritt.
01/09/11 - Bike ride with son.
01/10/11 - wk4 day1 Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
01/11/11 - Treadmill time. 2min walk, 17min run, 4min walk.
01/12/11 - wk4 day2 Turbulence Training intermediate workout.
01/13/11 - Treadmill time. 2min walk, 17min run, 4min walk. Hmm, ran faster too ;(
01/14/11 - wk4 day3 Turbulence Training intermediate workout. Intermediate level complete!
01/15/11 - Ran outside TWICE. 3/4miles in 8:44min. Fartlek run .29miles in 3:09min.
01/16/11 - Ran outside. 1.01miles in 11:58min
01/17/11 - Treadmill walk. Incline walk at varying speeds for 15min.
01/18/11 - wk1 day1 Turbulence Training original workout.
01/19/11 - wk1 day2 Turbulence Training original workout.
01/20/11 - First day I didn't workout. My body was so weak.
01/21/11 - wk1 day3 Turbulence Training original workout.
01/22/11 - Ran outside. 1.02miles in 12:19min.
01/23/11 - Ran outside. 1.57miles in 20min 34sec.
01/24/11 - wk2 day1 Turbulence Training original workout.
01/25/11 - Treadmill walk, run, walk, run, walk on incline in 25min.
01/26/11 - 15min elliptical. 5min treadmill walk.
01/27/11 - wk2 day2 Turbulence Training original workout.
01/28/11 - wk2 day3 Turbulence Training original workout.
01/29/11 - Ran outside. 1.8miles in 23:15min.
01/30/11 - Treadmill walk, run, walk, run, walk on incline in 25min.
01/31/11 - wk3 day1 Turbulence Training original workout. Helped sister unload moving truck.
02/01/11 - Jumping jacks, kicks and windmills. Lots of stretching.
02/02/11 - Treadmill walk, run, walk, run, walk on incline in 25min.
02/03/11 - wk3 day2 Turbulence Training original workout.
02/04/11 - wk3 day3 Turbulence Training original workout.
02/05/11 - Outside run. 2.03 miles in 26:42 minutes.
02/06/11 - Rest day. Was super sore from running yesterday.
02/07/11 - wk4 day1 Turbulence Training original workout.
02/14/11 - Started over. wk4 day1 Turbulence Training original workout.
02/15/11 - Treadmill walk, run, walk, run, walk on incline in 25min. 1.37miles
02/17/11 - wk4 day2 Turbulence Training original workout.
02/18/11 - wk4 day3 Turbulence Training original workout.
02/20/11 - Ran outside. 1.53miles in 21:44min. 1.15miles in 15:12min.
02/23/11 - 50 jumping jacks, 30 push ups, bicep curls, and stretches.
02/24/11 - Treadmill walk, run, walk, run, walk on incline in 20min. 1.1miles
02/25/11 - Treadmill walk, run, walk on incline in 25min. 1.4miles

Unfortunately I no longer have time to update this log everyday.
But you get the idea. I am doing my darnest to do some sort of activity daily.
